A random telephone survey of 465 respondents between April 20-May 2, 2004 in Vancouver City, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam and Surrey British Columbia (all slightly stronger for NDP-Liberals generally). This survey has a margin of error of 2.75%, 18 times out of 20 @ 98% competency.
