Chartered Banks in Canada and sub prime lenders working with and independent of those banks in Canada particularly Vancouver British Columbia and Toronto Ontario (3rd and 1st largest Canadian provinces) have a massive sub prime issue and criminal interest loans involving homes in those cities, which, on top of fraudulent foreign investment, money laundering, manipulation of real estate prices by unscrupulous realtors and dishonest Chinese investors-are all expected by many experts to collapse the Canadian real estate market – any day. This could negatively impact on American foreign investments in Canada. Question to you: Should this problem in the Canadian real estate market including government sanctioned manipulation of real estate markets, no proper regulation on land title registries including policing of loan sharking in real estate – be investigated by the White House, Department of Treasury, U.S. Department of Justice and Homeland Security?
